Use of Ad-Venture
By using the Ad-Venture website, submitting a form, claiming an offer, or participating in the pilot, you agree to use the service in a lawful and respectful way.
Pilot Program
Ad-Venture may operate as a pilot or prototype. Features, pricing, offers, tracking, and availability may change as the service is tested and improved.
Business Offers
Participating businesses are responsible for honoring the offers they choose to run, unless an offer is expired, misused, or otherwise invalid. Offer terms may vary by business.
Coupon Claims and Redemptions
Coupon claims, QR scans, and redemption codes may be tracked to help verify usage and prevent abuse. Ad-Venture may limit duplicate claims or suspicious activity.
Ambassador Participation
Ambassadors must share offers honestly and may not create fake scans, claims, or redemptions. Suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in removal from the program.
No Guarantee of Results
Ad-Venture is designed to help businesses increase local discovery, but we do not guarantee specific traffic, sales, redemptions, or earnings.
Changes to the Service
We may update, pause, change, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, especially during the pilot stage.
Limitation of Liability
Ad-Venture is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, missed sales, or issues caused by misuse of the service.
